QUESTIONS OF COAL INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES MANAGERIAL STAFF ENGINEERING AND FINANCIAL TRAINING

Abstract
The most signifi cant challenges for the development of the fuel and energy complex and the coal industry in Russia are considered. The article presents new requirements for the heads of coal mining enterprises related to competencies in the fi eld of subject analysis of the world market of mineral and fuel and energy resources, identifying key problems and making scientifi cally sound and cost-effective strategic and operational investment decisions, taking into account the conditions of Russia's membership in the world trade organization and the sanctions policy of a number of countries. The importance of combining engineering and fi nancial and economic competencies is highlighted and modern trends in the formation of educational programs for the training of multidisciplinary specialists are considered. The necessity of formation of new engineering and economic educational trajectories is defi ned and examples of formation and realization of engineering and economic educational programs are given. The article presents the experience of the Faculty of Economics and Finance of the fuel and energy complex of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation in the implementation of practice-oriented network educational programs and the development of new effective technology of practical training with the solution of business cases.
