Abstract
The main directions of using the newest information technologies and operations of the process of selecting a corporate system for a tourist or hotel enterprise are determined. Requirements for informational support of the management system of the hotel enterprise in the conditions of using workstations on the basis of personal computers and Internet technologies are formulated.
