Quick Patient Information System using Uidai

Abstract
In an emergency situation , health personnel often spend a lot of time trying to identify a patient’s medical history and journals. In a medical emergency time is always a critical factor. How much easier would it be for medical personnel if a patient could provide all relevant information when needed?.Our system allows a patient to present all information about his or her situation, which would be relevant for medical personnel, like allergies, prescription drugs, illness and contact information to next of kin. patients can view and update their personal medical information ,our system is a comprehensive record-keeping for personal medical information using UIDAI. In healthcare sector it is the perfect replacement for unreliable paper records or various electronic systems that hold bits and pieces of the medical history. With our Medical system , any and all information that is important to patient is kept together in one place.
