RANGE OF DECISION-MAKING IN THE ECONOMIC SYSTEM: THE HORIZONTAL METHOD

Abstract
The article deals with horizontal solutions. On the basis of their arguments the theory of regional management. The developed principles make it possible to understand the structure of decision-making in the country’s socio-economic systems. The possibility of using not only the mathematical method of approach, but also the instrumental method in decision-making theory is described.
