RATIONALE AND DEVELOPMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE STUDY METHODS INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGICAL QUALITIES CONSCRIPTS K SERVICE IN ATO ZONE

Abstract
In this work we have been refined and developed the basic professionally significant psychosocial, psychological and physiological quality of military service, required for the operation at the time of the ATO. In order to determine the level of preparation of mobilized reserve officers were identified and classified three levels of military service categories by level of professional readiness to perform combat missions as the unit commanders of tactical level in the special period – ATO. Based on the analysis and experience of experts and HUVS and UIPA we identified the key professionally significant qualities of the persons liable, which should be studied during the mobilization on an appeal in positions of officers persons. Selected psychological techniques, developed a special method of peer review, which was the basis of the principle of the effective implementation of the military profession.
