Rationale of improving the organizational and legal conditions of the functioning of the pension system of Ukraine

Abstract
The article is revealed the economic essence of pension insurance. Are generals theoretical positions and world experience of functioning and development of pension insurance systems are generalized and analyzed. Are features of the functioning of the system of pension insurance of Ukraine are singled out. The basic directions of the perfection of organizational-legal conditions of functioning of the system of social pension insurance of Ukraine are grounded.
