РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ ПРИНЦИПУ ТРАНСПАРЕНТНОСТІ В ПРАВООХОРОННИХ ОРГАНАХ

Abstract
The article considers ways of ensuring the principle of transparency in law enforcement bodies. According to the author, this is a guarantee of the quality of the work of the law-enforcement system and restoring the trust of citizens. The legal regulation of transparency and openness of law enforcement bodies, the procedure for public information disclosure is analyzed. In particular, attention is focused on the need for direct communication of law enforcement authorities with the population. In addition, ideas on the feasibility of holding meetings, forums, press conferences, round tables of law enforcement bodies with the community are voiced. An assessment of the positive effect of the implementation of the principle of transparency in the work of law enforcement bodies is given.
