Abstract
In the article the basic aspects of fulfiling the Restructuring Plan of Public Joint Stock Company «National Joint Stock Company «Naftogaz of Ukraine» with a view to unbundle natural gas transmission and storage activities (injection, withdrawal)», envisaged by the article 23 Law of Ukraine «About the market of natural gas», as a model of separation for the operator of the gas-transport system of Ukraine, that is in public domain and is not a subject for privatisation.
