REALIZATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL IN THE FIELD OF EMPLOYMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF LABOR

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the terms of labor contract with a help of which the basic rights of the employee in the field of labor relations are realized. The terms of a labor contract can be classified on various grounds, but the basis of any classification is the principle of the combination of imperative and dispositive juridical regulation of labor. The purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the content of the labor contract, which finds its consolidation of the basic constitutional rights of the individual in the field of labor.
