Realization of the right to higher education.

Abstract
In the study, we disclose the concept of realization of the right to higher education. In the course of the re- search, we highlight the most important problems of the higher education system of Ukraine and through the study of the system of higher education in the advanced countries of the world, we find solutions to these problems.
