REALIZING THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF AGRIBUSINESS UNDER BANKING CRISIS: REALITIES AND PROSPECTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the modern trends of agricultural loans business in Ukraine. The mechanisms of financial support agricultural enterprises from the standpoint of evaluation of prospects of innovative development of national economy and the revitalization of the agricultural sector. The dynamics of the number of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine in the context of different legal forms of business. The basic advantages and prospects of financing small and medium business entities by attracting loans from credit unions and participate in state programs and grants on the development of the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Examples lending by credit unions of farmers and implementation of local development, including the development of the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The study found adverse trends in the field of bank lending of agribusiness and low rates to attract farmers' loans from credit unions. Notes that lack of experience lending village in Ukraine and the lack of a unified banking policy and legal lack of institutional ownership of land, complicates the full development of the agricultural sector of Ukraine and innovative development of the national economy
