Realizing the principle of effective protection of rights and freedoms in administrative courts of EU countries

Abstract
In the article author analyzes the most relevant aspects of the principles of administrative legal proceedings. By comparing the jurisprudence of the European Union and the legislation of developed European states, the principle of active protection of rights and freedoms is given. The essence and procedural value of the principle for administrative procedural regulation in the sphere of public legal relations are clarified. The place of the principle of active protection in the system of principles of administrative justice is determined.
