Abstract
In real clinical practice we often can meet patients with pathology of different systems. The number of multimorbidity states among of middle aged patients have a substantial increase. That is why we have new diagnostical and treatment tasks. Unsolved medicine combination problems, polypharmacy in category of the middle aged patients by the example of the clinical case are discussed in the article.
