Reasonableness of separation of criminal cases

Abstract
It is considered the issues of separation (singling out) of criminal cases, circumstances, which are substantiated legality of the decisions made. Grounds and purposes of separation of criminal cases, correlation of separating of criminal prosecution production with separation of criminal case are studied. Special attention to the issues of separation of production in respect of minors is paid. Suggestions on changing and supplementing of criminal procedure legislation are given.
