REASONS FOR THE INSUFFICIENT FUNCTIONING OF PUBLIC RELATIONS, AS A MANAGMENT DISCIPLINE, IN THE AREA OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

Abstract
The main issue being asked is why the public relations, as a management discipline, are not functioning in Bosnia and Herzegovina like they are functioning in other countries with a developed economy. In the „draft“ are mentioned reasons and causes for insufficient functioning of public relations in the area of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Process of establishing modern public relations will last as long as the process of transition, actually until complete transfer to the market economy. Analyze of mentioned subject tends to point to possibilities of overcoming the problem of insufficient functioning of public relations in the area of Bosnia and Hercegovina, as well as to contribute to development of our economy by removing noticed lacks. When public relations start to apply in practice all theoretic activities, we will be able to say that they started functioning in accordance with profession and principles of the market economy.
