Recognition of the anti-terrorist operation as an irresistible force: theoretical and practical aspects

Abstract
The article has addressed the issues of recognition of the anti-terrorist operation as an irresistible force. Legal nature and features of the irresistible force have been highlighted. Consideration of the anti-terrorist operation in two meanings (broad and narrow) has been proposed. It has been substantiated that anti-terrorist operation in the narrow sense is characterized by features of the irresistible force and, consequently, may be recognized as the irresistible force.
