Recruitment of candidates is a major function of management process. It is the function preceding the selection, which help s to create a pool of qualified applicant for a job so that the management can select the right candidate for the job. When more cand idates apply for jobs then there will be a scope for recruiting the best candidate. The main objective of recruitment process is to expedite the selection process.
