Reengineering Business Processes of Innovative Businesses: Synchronous and Asynchronous Vision

Abstract
The article presents different approaches to the characteristic of business processes reengineering of enterprises. The specificity of business process reengineering of innovation-active enterprises and its influence on the choice of approach are shown. The characteristic of implementation of the program for the continuous improvement of business processes of the innovation-active enterprise is given. The content of the synchronous and asynchronous vision of the system of business processes of the enterprise is generalized; their theoretical and methodological disagreements are shown.
