REENGINEERING THE BUSINESS PROCESSES AS A TOOL OF ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article defines the essence, key characteristics and expediency of using reengineering, determined by the specifics of the modern market. The distinctive features and tasks of reengineering as a tool for anti-crisis management are presented. Three types of enterprises are distinguished, for which the use of reengineering is advisable. Areas of application of business process reengineering are characterized. The most common types of reengineering are considered. The basic principles of reengineering and development of enterprises in the implementation of strategic changes are summarized. The planning procedure and the main stages of realization of business process reengineering are considered. The comparative characteristic between technologies of reengineering and constant improvement of business processes of the enterprise is given. Typical errors and consequences of using reengineering within the confines of crisis management are characterized.
