REEVALUATIONS OF THE SECURITY CONCEPTS DYNAMIC

Abstract

The need for finding fast and effective solutions for counteracting the existent and emergent risks, dangers and threats has determined the amplifica- tion of the volume of the approaches on the secu- rity field. The article presents new concepts on the security theory and practice at national and international level.
