REFLEXIVITY AS AN ELEMENT OF SUPPORTING VITALITY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF POSTMODERN MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Abstract
The ratio of objective system qualities of socio-economic integrity and subjectivity in the adoption and realization of decisions is considered. The development of subjectivity is associated with an increase in reflexivity as an important element in the vitality and effectiveness of postmodern management systems. It is the scientific level of methodological literacy that is characterized as a prerequisite for the social viability of subjects of government. The expansion of the circle of participants in the adoption and implementation of organizational and managerial decisions is analysed as a condition for realizing the fullness of industrial potential. This is associated with the peculiarities of both the paradigmatic transformations and the transition period, as well as the weakness of the national elite. At the same time, humanizing living conditions (both at work and at leisure) is a condition and result of effective management: the result of transformations is increasingly determined not so much by “collusion of elites” as by the quality of everyday relations manifested in the opportunities for development and realization of socially oriented creative talent everyone.
