Reform of the public administration system: regulatory and legal aspects

Abstract
The article provides a brief overview of the reform of the public administration system with an analysis of the adopted legal acts. Such an analysis, in the context of reforming the government, local government, modernizing the mechanisms of interaction between government and society, a new phase of civil society development, helps to identify the problems that need to be addressed. The systematic monitoring and evaluation of the planned Strategies and the concept of the event makes it possible to coordinate the efforts of scientists and reform practitioners to overcome the complications arising from the implementation of reforms, as well as to make the necessary adjustments in a timely manner. The analysis also helps in modeling a new public administration system with effective mechanisms for interaction between government and civil society.
