REFORMING LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT BODIES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article investigates and analyzes the legal and practical aspects of implementation of tasks during the modern reforms of local governments, foundations and innovations, their drawbacks and positives. Considered positives and drawbacks introduced changes in the system of local government and their impact on governance in the future. The author’s conclusions are described in the article.
