REFORMING OF THE PENSION SYSTEM AND ITS INFLUENCE ON INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In this work there have been substantiated the recommendations for the introduction of a funded system of compulsory state pension insurance in the context of attraction of investments into the Ukrainian economy. The place and role of pension funds in the investment markets are determined. The experience of implementation of the accumulation system in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and its importance for implementation of pension reform in Ukraine is analyzed. The draft of the introduction of the second level of the pension system proposed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is considered. The directions of further improvement of pension insurance as a source of investments into the national economy and the factor of increase of its investment attractiveness are determined.
