Abstract
Обоснованы концептуальные ориентиры для формирования оптимальной национальной модели охраны и защиты прав интеллектуальной собственности (ИС). Основа: институционально-функциональное назначение прав ИС, обобщение глобальных тенденций развития сферы ИС, учет специфики страны. На примере фармацевтической отрасли продемонстрированы риски и потенциал реформирования сферы ИС в Украине в контексте Соглашения об ассоциации с ЕС.
