REGARDING TO THE IMPACT OF EUROPEAN SOCIAL STANDARDS ON THE MAINTAINING LABOR POTENTIAL IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article’s focal point is to conduct essential research and analysis of the European integration impact on the maintaining substantial labor potential as well as issues regarding the adaptation of the Ukrainian social legislation to the widely recognized European countries’ stadards. For this reason the overall aim and key tasks of the European social standards were found out. The author emphasizes that to achieve high living standards (which are fucntioning now in the European countries) could take place only in case, when such standards are implemented into the national practice. Consequently, this requires fundamental changes in the employment rights ensuring, attaining the European wage standards as well as standards for workplace safety, social guarantees protection.
