Abstract
In the article, regional features realization of the potential of grain cooperation and the efficiency of enterprises in modern conditions are determined on the example of Odessa region. The place of Odessa region in state production of grain and grain products, development trends individual grain farms of region are substantiated. The expediency of combining individual farms in regional grain cooperatives are substantiated, main directions realization of the potential of grain cooperation are determined.
