REGIONAL LABOR MARKET OF THE LUGANSK REGION: THE PRESENT STATE AND THE REASONS OF THE UNSATISFACTORY FUNCTIONING

Abstract
In the article the assessment of the state of the regional labor market in the Lugansk region is made. The analysis of the value of the gross regional product of the Lugansk region is carried out and the relationship between this indicator and the level of unemployment in the region is established. The state of industrial development and the dynamics of the volume of sold industrial products in the Lugansk region for the period from 2010 to 2016 are studied. The main indicators of small business activity in the region for the period from 2012 to 2016 are considered and the main problems of small business functioning in Lugansk region are outlined. The state of internal migration in the region and in Ukraine as a whole is investigated. The level of introduction of innovative products in the industry of the Lugansk region is assessed. The main reasons for the unsatisfactory functioning of the labor market in the region are identified.
