REGIONAL ORIGINALITY’S USING IN COMPLEX OF COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES

Abstract
The cultivation of regional advantages is viewed from the perspective of the potential for increasing competitiveness in post-globalism and strengthening the role of the knowledge society. Among the points of support, when regional advantages develop, local traditions and new conditions are singled out. In this situation, the methodology of stimulating the desired changes is characterized as the regulative principle of postmodernism that is adequate to the conditions and the era.
