REGIONAL SECURITY AS A COMPONENT OF TERRITORIES’ IMAGE POTENTIAL

Abstract
The article comprehensively reviews the complex character of the potential of the regional image and singles out its components. It investigates the factors of safety in the context of a positive image of the region, structures components of regional security, reveals the reasonable security impact factor related to population and external agents to the region. It is proved that regional security creates favorable conditions for transformation of the image of the region into a brand.
