REGIONAL STATE ADMINISTRATIONS’ SERVICES: CLASSIFICATION AND THE KEY ASPECTS OF ITS PROVISION

Abstract
The article analyses the public services which are provided by Regional State Administrations. The list of the services is given according to the spheres by the law “On Local State Administrations”. The article contains the main arrangements of authorities’ services and analyses legislative acts which regulate the process of its provision. The article offers the author’s classification of Administrations’ services in accordance to its nature – guaranteed, administrative and managerial. This classification can be used for the scientific and practical aims. There are some offers in the article to improve the procedure for the provision of administrations’ services.
