Regional systems human rights protection: relevance of African charter on human rights and peoples

Abstract
The regional systems existing have an independent judicial system based on treaties, which removes the possibility of controversy regarding the effectiveness of their decisions. This study aims to analyze Human Rights at the regional states, especially the European System, the Inter-American and African, pointing his advances and challenges.
