Abstract
У статті досліджено особливості формування і використання трудових ресурсів на регіональному рівні. Встановлено, що основною особливістю використання трудових ресурсів в аграрній сфері є сезонність праці. Визначено, що ефективність використання трудових ресурсів виражається у зміні продуктивності праці. У ході проведеного дослідження виокремлено специфічні особливості аграрної праці згідно впливу технічних факторів і галузевим характером виробництва. Запропоновано концептуальні положення методологічного апарату розробки стратегічних аспектів формування і використання трудових ресурсів аграрного сектору економіки України
