Register of territorial community as a part of the e-governance information infrastructure

Abstract
The article deals with legal grounds for introduction of registers of local communities. Study the preconditions for optimization of administrative services related to the registration of residence. Analyzes the respective powers of registration of residence of individuals in Ukraine.
