REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE «ONLINE»

Abstract
The article is to highlight promising areas of improvement marriage registration procedures, including implementing procedures for marriage registration online. Analyzed the value of marriage is enshrined legislator investigated the registration of marriage in general, and online registration procedure marriage in particular. The authors conclude the existence of contradictions between the statutory procedures online marriage and the Law of Ukraine «On state registration of civil status» and to their settlement offer to amend the laws of Ukraine.
