Abstract
L’articolo descrive i problemi della regolamentazione legale in relazione alla realizzazione di progetti di pubblica amministrazione in Vaticano. È dimostrato che il principale metodo di partecipazione statale alla regolamentazione di tali progetti è il coordinamento giuridico. In questo senso, il coordinamento agisce come la principale tecnologia legale statale.
