REGULARITIES OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF MARITIME CRUISE INDUSTRY

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of the development of the marine transport industry in the system of marine transport technologies.The specificity of the cruise product predetermines the tasks and methods of managing the use of the resource potential in accordance with a complex set of criteria. Attention is paid both to the extensive forms of increasing the carrying capacity of the fleet, and to a complex set of processes that ensure the priorities of the positioning of a specialized fleet, regardless of the flag of its registration.However, the asymmetry of the distribution of the carrying capacity of the fleet by type of cruise shipping is taken into account. This aspect determines the formation of the principle of sustainable positioning in the segment of priority specialization of the fleet and passenger terminals. The increasing role of cruise shipping system safety management should be taken into account. This figure varies significantly by type of cruise technologies. Therefore, the formation of international standards of reliability, efficiency and conditions of competitive positioning of basic passenger ports becomes fundamental.
