REGULATION SYSTEM OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE EUROPE

Abstract
The analysis of legal base of public-private partnerships in Eastern Europe was done. Determined international standards of public-private partnership as a specific form of state property involving a private partner. The peculiarities of regulation of public-private partnerships in some Eastern European countries, for example Belarus, Albania, Croatia, Romania and Poland. Analyzed the principles and features of the implementation public- -private partnership in Ukraine and the EU. The question of reforming the model of private sector projects, public-private partnerships and identified problems caused by the growing demand for infrastructure development in conditions of limited financial resources, increased competition for resources and knowledge, and stimulates successful implementation of PPP projects other states, in particular the developed countries of Western Europe.
