REGULATORY AND LEGAL REGULATION ENCOURAGING PROSECUTORS UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with issues of normative legal regulation encouraging prosecutors Ukraine. Attention is drawn to the fact that today the national legislation on the promotion of prosecutors is contradictory in content and dispersed to different sources of law. Offered possible solutions to these problems.
