REGULATORY FUNCTION OF THE FAODAL TYPE OF RIGHT

Abstract
The article analyzes the genesis and development of the regulatory function of law in the period of feudalism. The es- sence of the regulatory function in the feudal type of law is considered. The role of the regulatory function in determining the content of feudal law is substantiated.
