Regulatory legal legislation for health resort sanatorium and resort businesses are the basis of their economic security

Abstract
The subject of the report is on the practical and ambitious functions of the sanatorium–resort sphere within the framework of the proper legislation of Ukraine. The purpose of progress і doslіdzhennya regulatory legal acts of sanatorium–and–spa activities. Research methods. Robots have a victoristic method, a logical one, an analogue, a similar one, a synthesis, graphical and graphical analytical methods. Results of work. The statute has reached the level of regulation and regulatory acts that govern the activities of the sanatorium–and–spa resort. Spread out the sphere to regional and subregional authorities in the functioning of the sanatorium–resort enterprises. The field of application of results. Sanatorium resort. Conclusions. An analysis of the current regulatory and legal framework for sanatorium–resort companies in Ukraine in order to meet the needs of the European Union in a number of European countries in harmony with European legislation. Also, it is necessary to systematize and harmonize legislation in the areas of recreation with the use of special legal regulation in the area of sanatorium– resort services in context of development. I mainly pay for the development of sanatorium resort businesses that you need to get to the regional level and that can be done for effective self–care of such organizations by the organs of personal self–employment and personal activity for such personalities by the organs of personal self–employment and personal activity for such important organizations.
