REGULATORY PROVIDING OF ECOLOGICALLY SAFE LAND USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH EU REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS

Abstract
The main principles that the normative and legal support of ecologically safe land use should comply with were defined in the article. Identification of the main subjects of state policy in the field of environmentally safe land use has been carried out. The main National Standards of Ukraine and ISO are generalized, which relate to business entities operating in the area of environmentally sound land use. The list of legal acts, which underlie the ecologically safe use of land in the context of harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with EU acts were given.
