Рекреаційний потенціал Київської області

Abstract
Проаналізовано рекреаційний потенціал території Київської області, який зосереджений на землях всіх категорій за основним цільовим призначенням. Найбільш сприятливі умови для рекреації складаються на землях рекреаційного, оздоровчого, історико‐культурного, природно‐заповідного фонду та іншо‐ го природоохоронного призначення, лісогосподарського призначення і водного фонду. Площа земель відповідних категорій недостатня і значно (у 3‐5 разів) поступається нормативам прийнятих в країнах Європейського Союзу. Визначені основні напрями розвитку рекреаційного землекористування на перспективу.
