RELATION OF SPEED VARIABLES WITH THE RESULT OF RUNNING AT 100 METERS

Abstract

It is known that at hle tics sprint di sci pli nes are cha rac te ri sed by cyclic struc tu re of mo tion ma xi mum in ten sity, ne ces sary energy which is pro vi ded from ana e ro bic ca pa citi es. The speed as a seg ment of mo bi lity spa ce, which is de mon stra ted in cyclic ac ti vi ti es is highly ge ne ti caly de fi ned, abo ut 98%. As such, it is in its struc tu re dif fe ren ti a ted on la tent ti me of mo tor re ac tion the speed of an di vi dual mo tion, the mo tion fre qu ency and ac cor ding to so me aut hors sprint speed. In sport ac ti vi ti es are ra rely met iso la ted forms of its ma ni fe sta tion. The most fre qu ently it is abo ut com bi ned de mon stra tion. The sam ple for this re se arch in clu ded 90 stu dents of Phi si cal Edu ca tion Fa culty, ma le gen der, which at ten ded the te ac hing re gu lary. The ba sic goal was to de ter mi ne the con nec tion of va ri a bles by which the sprint speed and speed en du ran ce with re sult successful nes of 100m run ning was esti ma ted. Six in de pen dent va ri a bles we re de fi ned. The ob ta i ned re sults con fi r med sta ti stics sig ni fi can ce of only one va ri a ble (run ning 50mV), which con ta i ned the most in for ma tion of in de pen dent system in de fi ning of cri te ria.
