RELATIONS AMONG SOME TESTS FOR EVALUATION OF FLEXIBILITY AND SWIMMING RESULTS AT SWIMMERS WITH DIFFERENT QUALITIES IN 50 AND 100 METERS BUTTERFLY

Abstract

On the sam ple of 90 ca ses, swim mers, ca dets, youths an se ni ors in ca sual tra i ning pro cess from swim ming clubs in the R. of Ma ce do nia with many years of ex pe ri en ce in com pe ting on na ti o nal and in ter na ti o nal le vel, 10 test for eva lu a tion of fl e xi bi lity and 2 for eva lu a tion of swim ming abi li ti es are im ple men ted in or der to sta te the in fl u en ce of the fl e xibi lity on the qu a lity of the swim ming re sults, as well as to an swer the qu e sti on for the part of the se lec tion cri te ria which co unts the do main of fl e xi bi lity and its pla ce in everyday trai ning pro cess. Ac cor ding to the re sults that are gi ven by using the re gres sion analysis the re are dif fe ren ces at sta ti sti cally sig ni fi cant par tial im pacts of fl e xi bi lity among the swim mers with dif fe rent qu a li ti es, so the num ber is hig her at the most suc cessful swim mers. This al so me ans that the se lec tion mo del sho uld di ri ves from the swim mers with high le vel per fo mances, that fl e xi bi lity has to ta ke pla ce in everyday tra i ning pro cess and fi nally that one of the ways to im pro ve the qu a lity of the re sults is to im pro ve this mo to ric ski ill.
