Relationship Between Communicational Skills and Barriers to Individual Creativity of Sport Boards of Guilan

Abstract
The purpose of this study was •ganalyzing the relationship between communicational skills and barriers to individual creativity of personnel of the Department of Sports and Youth and Sport Boards of Guilan•h. The number of samples was equal to statistical population and was 194 persons. The present study is of the correlation and descriptive studies. Measurement tools of this study were barriers to individual creativity (Pfeiffer, 1990), and communicational skills (Barton J.A., 1990). Internal reliability of questionnaires was also obtained (0.714) for communicational skills questionnaire and (0.71) for barriers to individual creativity questionnaire with using alpha Cronbach test. Kolmogorov.Smirnov test, Spearman correlation coefficient, Friedman and Wilcoxon T in significant level of (P < 0.05) and SPSS software were used for data analyzing. Results showed that there is a significant relationship between two variables of research, namely communicational skills and barriers to individual creativity. In addition, a significant difference was observed between the components of barriers to individual creativity. There was also significant differences between the components of communicational skills (verbal, listening, and feedback). With respect to research results, it seems that more desirable communicational skills of the personnel of the Department of Sports and Youth and Sport Boards of Guilan, will lead to fewer barriers to individual creativity in the organization.
