Relationship between Stress Management and Leadership Quality among Adolescent School Students

Abstract
Adolescence Is The Period From The Beginning Of Sexual Maturity To The Completion Of Physical Growth. During This Period Stress Is Very Common. There Is A Relationship Between Stress Management And Various Factors Which Contribute To Success In Life. This Study Analyses The Relationship Between Stress Management And Leadership Quality Among Adolescent School Students. The Results Of The Study Prove That There Is A Positive Relationship Between The Two Variables. The Data Collected Were Analysed Using Statistics Like Correlation, Test Of Significance Of Difference Between Correlations And Chi-Square.
