Relevant issues of the introduction of internationalization in management of university

Abstract
The article substantiates the actual issues of introduction of internationalization in the management of university. It is determined that one of the forms of internationalization of education is the internationalization of educational programs. It has been determined that an internationalized educational program should have an international or global content, curricula that teach internationally recognized professional qualifications, use common or double diplomas in cooperation with another international university, be aimed at cross-cultural communication and intercultural skills training. It is substantiated that the internationalization of the curriculum should be based on three components: international experience, language skills and intercultural understanding, which will enable the formation of such competencies as: the ability of global thinking, understanding of professional competences in the global perspective; assessment of complex and interacting factors that promote intercultural relations, the ability to apply international standards and practices within the discipline or professional field.
