RELEVANT PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article deals with features of the sphere of higher education. Dual education, which is a coherent interaction of educational and production spheres, is characterized. An attention is emphasized on the problem of educational migration of young people, which is associated with low quality of training of higher educational institutions. Measures for improving the quality of training of higher educational institutions in order to preserve the human potential of the country are proposed.
