Abstract
This research entitled Reorenatasi Dynamic Archive Management System (Case Study at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, the researcher analyze the management and utilization of archives in organizational system administrator in State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.This research aims to explain how Reoreantasi Dynamic Archive Management System in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive approach From the result of research conducted by the researcher, the result is dynamic archive in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Administrative Division of Yogyakarta in the form of outgoing and incoming letter, Minutes of Meeting, Decree of Rector (SK ), The financial statements, its use must first obtain permission from the head of the institution, has not been well managed and has not had standard operational standard (SOP) in archive maintenance, has not done the process of depreciation of the archive because the reference standard in its management has not been regulated in the institutional system of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. So that can be a reference in the management of archives.
